When a purchase is made for a product through our website we share customer information with our payment engine partner Razer Merchant Services which is PCI DDS compliant. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We regularly review our processes to ensure they meet our high standards.

 

We use Razer Merchant Services as our secure online payment gateway. This means we do not store or process credit card details on any of our own systems as Razer Merchant Services processes these payments on our behalf. Razer Merchant Services adheres to the strictest levels of fraud screening to make sure the card details remain secure during the transaction. They are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. These are a set of standards for payment account data security.

 

Your marketing preferences and market research.

We may contact you:

  • with offers and information about the products and services we offer via the site or for customer research e.g. to help improve our services
  • Of course, the choice is entirely yours but if you say that you do not want to receive marketing information from us this will prevent you from receiving great offers or promotions that may be of interest to you.
