Delivery Area

We dispatch up to a 45km radius from our current location.

 

Delivery

Delivery of your order shall be made to the delivery address provided. You are responsible for giving us the full name of the recipient and the correct address for all deliveries, including but not limited to the postcode.

 

These details are passed directly to the courier service once the order is placed, and if our carriers are unable to deliver any order due to any error in the address, you will be charged for the order in full.

 

If there is no answer at the specified delivery address and no alternative delivery instructions, the courier will attempt to leave the delivery at a neighboring address unless stated not to do so in the delivery instructions on your order, if the delivery company is unable to leave the delivery with a neighboring address and there are no delivery instructions and no safe place to leave the order the delivery will be returned to us and it will become your responsibility to collect it.

 

Should you ask for your order to be left in a specific place and the carrier cannot obtain a signature to confirm the delivery of your order, it will be left at your own risk; we accept no liability for its loss or damage.

 

Shucked Oyster Bar and Southern Rock Seafood will subsidize packaging and delivery charges for orders over RM350, delivered between 24hrs for Fishmonger within a 30km radius of our current address.

 

For cooked items, the order cut-off time is 60 minutes prior to delivery time closing. The estimated delivery time is approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Delivery times may vary depending on factors not controlled by Shucked Oyster Bar and Southern Rock Seafood (e.g. order quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc. within a 15km radius of our current address.

 

Cancellation of orders

All orders can be canceled before they are fulfilled except cooked items. Upon cancellation of the order, any refund will be credited as store credit to the customer's account at www.southernrockseafood.com and can be used for the next purchase. Refunds to credit cards or cash are not available. No refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled.

 

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at +6012 243 6484 Shucked Oyster Bar and +6012 385 0266 Southern Rock Seafood within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where appropriate, we will either arrange for a replacement or a store credit refund to your website account (subject to our discretion).

 

Shucked Oyster Bar and Southern Rock Seafood reserve the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute. Shucked Oyster Bar and Southern Rock Seafood reserves the right to alter this policy at any time without notice.
