Seabass is one of the most popular Mediterranean fish. In Ancient Greece, it had a reputation for being the "smartest" because it was extremely hard to catch. In modern times, it has earned the French nickname "Loup de Mer" (Sea Wolf) due to its incredible hunting skills.
To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and aim to consume within 3 months.
